What you will do

Responsibilities

  • -Answer direct and log all incoming telephone calls into the OMS system. -Assignment of calls and follow up with employees to ensure calls are handled and cleared. -Sets up contacts in OMS with care to ensure no duplicate contacts are set up. -Opens stamps and distributes mail timely every day. -Responsible for keeping adequate shirt supply inventory levels and for keeping the shirts organized and neat. -Responsible for providing hospitality for guests and keeping conference rooms clean orderly and stocked condition. -Handles processing time off requests and informs employees if it's approved or denied. -Reports vacation schedule to management weekly. -Responsible for stocking and ordering office supplies and printer toner. -Assists managers with clerical duties when needed. -Performs additional duties as requested by manager.

Requirements

  • NOTE SPECIAL INCENTIVE PAY FOR THIS POSITION:
  • High school diploma with 1-2 years working experience in related capacity is preferred.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Proficient with MS Office and minimum 35 wpm typing.
