Service Technician
What you will do
Responsibilities
- Travel to customers’ sites to perform service and maintenance work.
- Troubleshoot repair and service various equipment.
- Perform calibration service.
- Track worked hours per service/maintenance call accurately to assure proper billing to customer.
- Maintain clean
Work Environment
- and perform clean up duties each day.
- Follow ASC Work Instruction 31323 on how to complete / process service call paperwork
- Assure customer satisfaction with work completed.
- Adhere to customer’s safety and health programs and associated plans.
- Adhere to ASC’s injury &
- illness prevention program.
- Keep company owned vehicles clean while using on service calls.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What helps you succeed
Education, Skills, and Work Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 3-years of general clerical experience.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment and being familiar with Quality Control concepts and terminology strongly preferred.
- Good verbal and written communication skills are required.
- Must be assertive and possess the tenacity to get others to conform to ASC’s quality standards.
- Type a minimum of 30 words per minute Proficient with Microsoft Office
